Avery Dennison - Giving Back To The Industry

2020 was a challenging year for the industry, especially students in the Signage & Graphics industry, with remote learning and limited hands-on experiences. However, after some planning and with the help of our partners at Print n Cut (Conect), we managed to organise an automotive wrapping training course to give back to the apprentices in this growing industry. The course was held at the TAFE NSW campus in Wollongong, and led by the host of The Garage Project and our Technical Marketing Manager, Peter Wright, where he guided the students through the essential processes of cleaning, preparation and installation, and then onto more complex installation techniques such as corners, bumpers, trimming and finishing.
