Avery Dennison Introduces Self Healing SPF-XI Supreme Protection Film

Melbourne, Australia, May 24, 2018 – Avery Dennison, the global materials science and manufacturing company, today introduces a new generation of premium conformable polyurethane (PU) film with ‘self-healing’ capabilities.

The Avery Dennison® SPF-XI Supreme Protection Film is a transparent top coated polyurethane (PU) film that is designed to protect a vehicle's finish against stone chips, road debris, insect stains, small scratches, chemical stains and weathering without degrading the original paint.

“The self-healing properties of this new film enhances and protects the aesthetic appeal of vehicles,” said Jordan Leach, business manager for Avery Dennison Graphics Solutions in Australia and New Zealand. “We have tested the SPF-XI Supreme Protection Film in the Australia and New Zealand environment and are

proud to offer this to vehicle owners who demand long term durability and high quality invisible protection for their beautiful cars.”

The Avery Dennison® SPF-XI Supreme Protection Film has smooth, high gloss finish with superior optical clarity for almost invisible protection on a variety of automotive paints. It has conformability and elongation around tricky areas such as curves and recesses. The self-healing feature lets scratches disappear within minutes in room temperature environments. It comes with a 5-year warranty.
